Can I check-in early?

Check in time is 2 PM.

Sometimes it's possible to check in earlier, ask about the possibilities.

You can also WhatsApp us.


Can I check-out later?

Check out time is 11:00 AM.

We understand if you have a late flight. We do ask you to leave the room for cleaning.

In the Beach house you can leave your suitcases and use the swimming pool, shower or relax until your departure.

Please let us know in advance.


Can I stay shorter than 2 nights?

Yes, you can.

If you stay less than 2 nights, we ask for a small contribution of $ 25,- p/n for the housekeepers.


Is a grocery package possible upon arrival?

Yes, we can offer a luxury grocery package for 2 persons upon request for $ 125,-

Package contents: Dutch cheese, eggs, bread, butter, bacon, fresh orange juice, yoghurt, fresh fruit, 6 Amstel Bright, bottle of wine of your choice, luxury nuts



Is it possible to come for a day without an overnight stay?

Yes, that's possible. We want to keep Villa Westpunt exclusive, which means a day pass is only possible on request

With a day pass you can use the Beach House, swimming pool, sun loungers, terraces and private access to the ocean.

Day pass $ 60,- per person. A day pass is valid from 12 PM to 6 PM


Is there a restaurant at Villa Westpunt?

Unfortunately we do not serve food. There are many restaurants in the area to choose from. Some of them are on walking distance.

Guests can use the kitchen in the Beach House. There is a large, fully stocked refrigerator at the swimming pool where you can grab cold drinks.

You write down what you use and pay later.


Do I need a car?

Renting a car is actually necessary in Curacao. It is also the best and easiest way to explore the island.

Personally, we have had good experiences with Verwoerd Autoverhuur and for a Pick-Up you should go to MB Equipment.


Can I bring visitors?

It is not possible to be present with more people than the number of people who have reserved.


Can I smoke?

You are allowed to smoke outside, but we ask you to use the ashtray.


Are children welcome?

Children are welcome but please be aware of rocky surroundings and water. Children without a swimming certificate must wear a life jacket all day.


Cleaning 

Cleaning is included. Cleaning is once a week from 8 AM to 1 PM. The day for cleaning your room is in consultation


Garden

The gardener, Alejandro is responsible for the garden maintenance. Garden maintenance is on Wednesday from 8 AM to 1 PM. Of course they take our guests into account regarding noise pollution from, for example, a leaf blower.


Swimming pool

Hynrich is responsible for the maintenance of the swimming pool. Hynrich comes twice a week to check and clean the swimming pool.

Clean bed linen and made up on arrival

Parking is free


Pick-up service Hato

Pick-up service Hato Airport $ 80,- for 2 personen and luggage

Return service Hato Airport $ 80,- for 2 personen and luggage

Payment

Invoice via bank/cash


Deposit

You will receive an invoice for a 25% deposit


Total payment

Total payment is due 60 days prior to arrival


Cancellation

Up to 60 days before arrival you will receive a refund of 75% of the total price

Up to 30 days before arrival you will receive a refund of 50% of the total price

Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival you will owe the total price without refund.

No refunds possible for no-shows, changes in the number of guests and early departure.
